Thought I was in need of some new rotors and brakes so went into Brakemasters for a brake inspection. They pulled my van in the moment I arrived and after the inspection I was told rotors had a little “gleen” on them but didn’t need any servicing yet. Front brake pads were looking good and the backs were just about half way worn thru but still not needing to be changed. When they are ready to be changed I will definitely bring them my business. Really appreciated their honesty!!

When my car wouldn’t start, I knew I needed a jump and maybe a new battery. Got it started and headed to a local auto parts store where The salesman measured the battery and told me that I did not need a new battery.Obviously, he was wrong because the car again wouldn’t start the next day. being a female, handicapped, senior citizen about to have surgery and needing to get to doctors for preop appointments I was absolutely devastated. I was able to get the car jumped, then took it to Brake Masters’s # 209. Here I was treated with respect and concern for a handicapped senior citizen. It was indeed, a bad battery which was replaced immediately for me, and they soon got me on my way. I would highly recommend that you skip the local auto parts stores and go directly to Brake Masters where they will actually find and correct the problem for you as they did for me. I am very thankful to the young man who helped me out and the staff that worked on my car and made me a true believer that Brake Masters is the way to go!

I rarely post reviews, but Greg and his team go above and beyond at this location. I've seen the other reviews surrounding a $50 oil change coupon turning into a $70 oil change - the fine print explains these things. More than 5qts, disposal, and shop fees will increase the base cost. This is a fair shop that does good work - hard to find these days. Thank you.
